Re-USE. Yes these CAN be Re-used. ON A NEW BOTTLE. These cannot be removed from a bottle in USE and then plugged back into the same bottle. This will potentially let air in and bacteria so do not do it.

Also lets say you remove the device. Two things.

#1- GENTLY remove the device. There are several perforations. This is hard plastic, but you apply a small amount of pressure to one of them and lift up. It looks like a flower when you lift it off. Think of petals. You pull it off gently. The stem is PLASTIC that goes inside of the rubber stopper. The tip of that stem is a sharp needle. It is a very small gauge needle and it only literally goes into the vial a mm. Meaning you can get all of the oil out of the vial with ease.

#2- The Stem is very durable plastic and how this works is that when you puncture the rubber stopper, the suction of the rubber on the plastic stem makes an airtight seal. Ingenius invention.
