Shipping & Returns


We pride ourselves on some of the fastest shipping in the Industry.  We attempt to ship within 24 hours of your order.  Most packages arrive in 24-48 hours.  Please understand that our PRIMARY shipping days fall within Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)  If you order late on a Friday night, or the weekend, your pack will ship first thing Monday morning.  Please take into account HOLIDAYS and POST OFFICE Closures.  This can also be affected by hazardous weather.

We will email tracking and confirmation that your item has shipped.  If you have tracking, we ask that you log into the SHIPPER that will be notated on your SHIPPING INVOICE and seek updates for your packages.  In the event a package is lost, or there is an unforseen issue, we ask that you contact us via email and allow us 12-24 hours to respond.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. The customer is responsible for any and all International shipping fees.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  In order to complete an International order, you must contact us via EMAIL: (orders@gymntonic.com) and we will estimate and set up a way to pay for each order.  We are not responsible for orders that are seized by CUSTOMS, and we are not responsible to know whether or not a supplement is legal in your particular Country.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  For example, Protein is always shipped by the pound.  Depending on the shipper utilized will determine the actual shipping cost and speed.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If a product is shipped IN OUR ERROR, we also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If the customer places the order in error, the customer is required to pay for return shipping on the returned product, and to await the products arrival for the new product to be shipped.  If a new product is going to be shipped to the customer, and again as a result of Customer error, the customer will also be responsible for the new shipping charges.

If you request a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

There is a 25% re-stocking fee on items that are returned for no other reason then that the customer "no longer wanted" the product, or "changed their mind."

NO OPEN PRODUCTS will be returned.  No LIQUID items will be returned at any time and this includes COLOGNE.  Also items will not be returned because the customer does not like the taste, consistency or delivery method (i.e, liquid, capsules, powder, etc.) Please read all product descriptions fully before ordering.

If the customer experiences an issue with the product, side effects, or a certain reaction, or is not happy with the overall product, they must contact the MANAFACTURER and discuss.  We are only a RETAILER of fine products. In the event a customer has an issue with a particular product line or brand it is the customers responsibility to contact the manafacturer.  If the customer is having difficulty contacting the manafacturer, they are very welcome to contact us via email and we will provide them with the appropriate contact information.
