500mgs of azithromax per tablet. You get 2 blister packs which contain a total of 6 tablets. Take 2 the first day in 2 dosages and then 1 tablet on Days 2-5. This is standard dosaging.

So 1000mgs on day 1 and then 500mgs days 2, 3, 4 and 5

It’s the real deal, I had bacterial pneumonia and this shit works, how do I know you ask, hospital only gave me a week supply and after the week I still felt like shit so I started taking this which is the same thing they gave me. Feeling much better and back in the gym again. I’m definitely buying more and other antibiotics from here again. Thank you gym and tonic, thank you.
