DIRECTIONS: Wash your body, face, hair as you normally would.  Gently lather in the BY Cologne Soap Bar and allow to settle on the skin for 1-2 minutes before you rinse.  Rinse very well.
For best results, once dry, apply 1-2 sprays of BY COLOGNE pheromone cologne on a pulse point. Wrists, inner elbows and neck works well.
