Use 1-2 sprays eod or e3d and use for several weeks to get tan.  Going into the sun will promote this product working quicker.

Use at night time if mild nausea exists.  Some users may be prone to very mild anxiety or flushing of the face, aka neck and face become red after use.  Individual response varies.
