Amino Tadalafil Description

Amino tadalafil is a highly selective PDE5 inhibitor, with only avanafil possessing greater selectivity for the (phosphodiesterase-5) enzyme.  In contrast to tadalafil, amino tadalafil has a faster onset of action, a slightly longer duration of action, and greater bioavailability due to enhanced lipid solubility.
